INDOOR AND OUTDOOR FACILITY


1. Located in Historic Olde Town Arvada.
   
   
2. Facility charge:$150.00 for entire private facility and includes, tables, chairs and guest linens. Inside seating for 60 guests and patio dinning for 50.
   
   
3. Additional charges after a 6 hour event which includes set up and clean up, each additional hour is $50.00.
   
   
4. Full set up of patio with chairs and tables add $25.00
   
   
5. Full china package which includes dinner plate, flatware and glass of choice is $1.00 per person.
   
   
6. Servers and bartenders available. A event staff is required on all events. No outside food is permitted, except for a cake.
   
   
7. Bring in your own alcohol and hire our insured bartenders to serve. A cash bar is not permitted.
